INITIAL PHONE MEETING
We start with a phone consultation to discuss your project goals, location and budget. These variables are critical in deciding if we are the right fit. Once we decide that Black Diamond is the right fit for your project, we then schedule a site visit. Site visit's and designers time are paid services that can range anywhere from 1-5% of your project cost.
ONSITE MEETING & DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
At this onsite meeting, we will discuss your vision and project goals. Your dedicated designer will also help you create a wish list for your project that will include project specific pricing. This will help you create a budget around different options and solutions for your project. At this meeting we will also take precise measurements of your project space to make sure you are presented with accurate figures on your detailed and line itemed estimate.
CONTRACTS & COMMITMENTS
Once a design and proposal package are agreed upon we move into the planning phase process. Black Diamond will collect a deposit for the project and start planning for the delivery of materials and start date of your project.
